This year, Svensson is supporting the Habitare Build Lab, designed by .seppanen with our textiles, contributing colour, texture and materiality to the overall experience.

We’re happy to support a platform that brings together design, ideas and new perspectives, and to see our textiles become part of the spaces where those conversations take place.

During Habitare week, our Helsinki showroom opens its doors to architects, designers and industry colleagues.

Discover our latest textiles, explore colours and textures, and meet the Svensson team in a setting made for inspiration, conversation and new ideas.

On Thursday, 3 September, we’re extending the invitation into the evening. Join us for our Evening Pre-Party from 18.00–21.00 – with textiles, conversations, Aperol Spritz and tapas before heading out to enjoy the rest of the evening in Helsinki.

Habitare is coming up, and we’ll be in Helsinki from 2–6 September.

This year’s theme, Plot Twists, invites new perspectives on living and spatial design.

You’ll find Svensson at Habitare Pro, stand 6e70, where we look forward to conversations about textiles, materials and contemporary public spaces.

Our textiles will also be featured in The Habitare Build Lab, created by Finnish interior designer Laura Seppänen, founder of LS Design Agency.

Sometimes, it simply shapes the atmosphere. Our new textile Rey is inspired by the movement of a brushstroke, translated into a woven textile with soft transitions between colour and texture. The large-scale, abstract pattern creates a quiet visual rhythm that works equally well in generous draperies and open public interiors.
