Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work alongside a legend! We are beyond honored to welcome Masaru Miyasaka, the head of The Flat Head’s elite leather workshop STOCKBURG, all the way from Japan to Lund on May 30th.

In this exclusive workshop, Miyasaka-san will personally guide you in crafting your own STOCKBURG key holder using their world-renowned leather and iron hardware. It’s a rare chance to learn traditional Japanese techniques and walk away with a unique, handmade keepsake.

Miyasaka-san has been a cornerstone of The Flat Head since 1996, and his obsession with quality is fueled by his own vintage lifestyle. To keep it personal, we are only taking three participants per session. Stay tuned!

We often get asked which shoe works in every season and with every style. The answer is almost always the Paraboot Michael.

In this dark Lisse Café leather, it feels incredibly rich and deep. The waxy leather has a slight sheen that catches the light, while the Norwegian construction means it’s built to keep the weather out. It’s a true bridge between the ruggedness of a mountain boot and the refinement of a classic French dress shoe.

Holy smoke, became a phenomenon that changed the Swedish food scene after shipping massive smokers from US to make their signature dishes.

On May 30th, they are bringing heat to Hepcat Day. You can look forward to sow-cooked, authentic Texas-style smoked meat that has been curing for hours. The perfect fuel for the day ahead to enjoy the music and vibes!

Only one month to go! May 30th is our favorite day of the year, and we are beyond excited to welcome you all to Lund for HepCat Day 2026.

This year is officially our biggest and most international edition yet. Whether you are coming for world-class brands like Red Wing, The Flat Head, and Pendleton, or for the incredible food lineup featuring Garage Bar, Holy Smoke, and Midi, there is something for everyone.

Throughout the day you can enjoy live music from J.Tex and Maryann & the Ramblin Three, check out our highly requested flea market, and watch master pinstriper Von Sven at work on your gear. It is going to be an unforgettable day celebrating timeless style, craftsmanship, and our amazing community.

Since 2007, The Ampal Creative has operated out of Los Angeles with a philosophy that feels increasingly rare: total control. By overseeing 100% of the design and manufacturing process within the USA, they ensure that the ”quality” people often talk about is actually felt in the hand.

The defining characteristic of an Ampal cap is the hunt. The brand specializes in sourcing dead-stock fabrics. Forgotten bolts of heavy canvas, corduroy, and flannel that might otherwise have been discarded. Because these materials are no longer in production, each run is naturally limited and carries a genuine vintage texture that modern, mass-produced textiles simply cannot replicate.

This commitment to dead-stock isn’t just about the aesthetic; it is a practical, sustainable approach to manufacturing. It allows for the creation of something new without the environmental cost of producing fresh fabric.

The result is a cap that fits the way a favorite item should. They feature a refined, medium-to-low profile and an unstructured crown that avoids the stiff, boxed-in look of standard headwear. It is a local, California-made product that values the history of the material as much as the person wearing it.

There are few shoes that can claim ”icon” status, but the Paraboot Michael is one of them. Born in 1945, it has outlived trends to become a staple for those who value character over hype.
