Founded by a Filipina, Sage Winther is stylish, made on-demand, designer fashion brand for women who values ethically made and environmentally sustainable clothing.

The brand was founded in Stockholm, Sweden by Katrina Larida. Katrina grew up in the Philippines, she moved to Stockholm, Sweden in her early 20s and later on moved to New York to study fashion at the prestigious Parsons School of De

sign. At a young age, she was always curious, inventive and artistic. She was raised in an environment that was creative and nurturing towards nature. While at Parsons, she felt challenged to create a fashion brand that does not harm the natural life.

Why should you choose to buy and support our brand? At Sage Winther, we are committed to make products that are biodegradable. Meaning that a piece of clothing´s life cycle is natural and harmless to the environment. We are also committed to low-carbon footprint sourcing and manufacturing. At the moment, our raw materials are sourced in Europe (Italy and Spain) and the production of clothing is hand made by local artisans in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our Florence velvet cotton suit is now available to order online!

Simply order custom-made suits in the following 3 simple steps:

1) Click on the product and on the page, select the base size that suits best for you (orders for blazers and trousers are separate since not all body types have the same sizing on top and bottom)

2) In the description, use our SIZE GUIDE as reference to complete the measurements that are required. I have estimated that some may add or reduce a few centimeters on the chest, waist and hips.

3) Finally, let us know the length of the sleeves, blazer and/or trousers (inseam)

Among the natural fibers, wool and cashmere are two of my favourites. Not only that they keep me from freezing during the cold seasons but also they are very durable. Among the wool types, Virgin Wools that are sheared from young lambs (which are about 1 year old) are guaranteed to be the strongest, softest and most durable compared to the recycled wools which have been shredded several times. Cashmere on the other hand comes from the underbelly hair of goats from the Gobi dessert. The hair is not sheared but combed (unlike wool) that´s why it is considered to be one of the softest and most luxurious fiber on earth.

Our Lisbon Pinstriped Tailored Suit is made of 94% Virgin Wool and 6% Cashmere blends. I instantly fell in love with this fabric that I want to make a suit for my customers to love and treasure forever 💚

Here comes our new made-to-measure suit for your work-outfit this Fall/Winter season! If you need any power-dressing inspiration, we recommend our Lisbon Pinstripe Tailored Blazer and Trousers made of virgin wool and cashmere blends.

I started this collection in order to empower women in their pursuit for success while at the same time making clothing that is sustainable for the environment and fair towards workers. All the collections we sell are made to order which means that we will never produce a product that we may never sell.
