The breathtakingly beautiful Wolseley building at 160 Piccadilly in London was built in the early 1920’s by Wolseley Motors. Originally, the ground floor was used as a showroom for cars. Today the building is home to the restaurant The Wolseley.

We love the marble pillars, the black and white floor tiles, and the impressive archways. The architect William Curtis Green is said to have been inspired by architecture in Venice and Florence. As Italy-lovers, we are not surprised by the source of inspiration for this marvellous design. ❤️🇮🇹
