Can I request specific specs?
Yes. Submit your preferred weight, balance & swingweight via the form on our website. Our team will hand-pick the closest available within our tolerance range (+/- 5 pts).
Can I trust your measured specs?
Absolutely. Every racket is measured unstrung (no handle plastic, no strings, no face-card, no extras) using a precisely calibrated MetorTune device at our factory. We individually measure and label:
• Weight
• Balance
• Swingweight
Same model, different color = different specs?
No. Only the color changes, the target specs for each Model remains identical.
Do we design the rackets from scratch?
Yes. Every piece for every Model is fully developed in-house at our lab: mold, bumper, grommets, handle, buttcap, drilling layout, string pattern/spacing, replacement grip - all original designs by our team.
We invest heavily in R&D and prioritize slower production with extra quality control to maintain consistency and small margins of error.
How can you demo?
We ship worldwide and offer a 30-day return period. You always receive a brand-new racket to string and test. If you decide not to keep it within 30 days from receiving, we will take it back. (Returns are accepted unless the frame itself has structural damage or overly used. Please remove non-original strings, lead tape & overgrips before returning.) Return request must be done through your account at our website.
Where do we ship from?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Luxembourg 🇱🇺 (Central Europe). If the order is placed before 15:50 CET, it will be shipped the same day.
Ordering from the USA?
No import duties. We ship with DHL Express and cover all import taxes.
When will you start shipping Model 99 G2?
Officially mid-end March 2026, but in some cases earlier.
