Nitty Gritty started out in 1991 in Stockholm as a counter reaction to all the mainline clothing department stores dominating the market in the early 90's. As one of the first independent stores in Stockholm at the time we offered you, the customer, a personal mix of brands that were either cheap or expensive, Swedish or international, known or unknown. To this day this is still as important to us

as it was when we started out, even if the concept has evolved and refined over the years. We value every product on its own as much as we value the strength of the brand it represents and we can proudly say that today we can offer you mens- and womenswear, footwear, accessories, skincare and fragrances that continuously interprets and challenges time. We at Nitty Gritty gather our collections and inspirations from all around the world, so therefore we would now like to give the world the opportunity to share this with us.

New to Nitty Gritty, Thistles is an eyewear brand founded in 2023 by New Zealand-born, New York-based photographer and creative director Thistle Brown. Shaped by observation, material sensibility and a clear point of view, the frames offer a contemporary take on traditional eyewear, designed to both shield and be seen. The first delivery includes bold acetate styles and lightweight titanium frames, all handcrafted in Italy and fitted with Poly renew lenses for UV protection.

Tarvas Wanderer constructed with an upper made from a single piece of deadstock Cordura, folded and stitched into shape. Lined with Italian cow leather and finished with a suede heel panel. Wrapped with a rubberized leather mudguard, and set on a low-profile Vibram sole. Produced in collaboration with Nitty Gritty® Worldwide in a limited run using the final available deadstock fabric.

News from A.PRESSE. The selection includes a loopback terry zip hoodie, military jacket, silk linen jacket and trousers, indigo Palaka denim jacket and lightweight T-shirt, each developed through considered material choices and hand-applied processing. Cotton slub chino, high-density silk linen, rope-dyed indigo denim and dry air-spun jersey give the garments their own surface, weight and character.

New Season from Nitty Gritty® Worldwide brings garments shaped by fabric. The selection includes handwoven madras cotton, dense heavyweight jersey, reverse satin, Italian black denim, hard twist indigo denim, lightweight nylon taslan, washed chino twill and a limited Tarvas collaboration made from the final piece of deadstock Cordura.

The pieces carry familiar references, but are shaped by material and proportion rather than nostalgia. A pyjama shirt in naturally dyed handloom cotton, relaxed chinos in textured reverse satin and garment-washed denim, a soft cotton knit, a substantial V-neck jersey, a denim zip jacket, low-crown caps and the Cordura Tarvas shoe: practical clothing with depth in the fabric, clear construction and a sense of permanence.

New arrivals from Comoli move between weight and lightness: cotton duck, suede, and soft knit across jackets, trousers, and outerwear. Jackets come in garment-dyed black and brown, from lighter duck constructions to textured h**p, with a compact zip style in cashmere and washi. Trousers follow in double-knee painter and tapered shapes, intended to soften and develop with wear. The suede TYPE-1st sits alongside, keeping the selection rooted in material and use.

New delivery from Evan Kinori, working with h**p, linen, cotton and wool across lightweight shirting, soft tailoring and a loose blouson. Many pieces are overdyed with sumi ink or kakishibu, giving depth and subtle variation in tone. Relaxed fits throughout, each garment hand numbered and made in Japan.
