Shipping & Order Terms

• We ship from Thailand to Singapore every 2 weeks. Orders are typically delivered during the 3rd week.

• All item prices already include shipping from Thailand to Singapore.

• Orders totaling SGD $80 or more qualify for free home delivery.

• For orders below SGD $80, home delivery is available for an additional SGD $5.

• Alternatively, you may collect your order at our office at Sim Lim Square.
Collection hours:
Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM only.

• You may also choose to accumulate your orders until you reach the free delivery minimum. Please inform us via chat if you would like to do so.

• Payment must be made within 10 days after the invoice is sent via chat.

• Orders placed during live sales or through chat cannot be cancelled. Please make sure of your purchase before placing an order, as we incur travel and staff costs.
