工作职责
• 处理日常办公室行政及文书工作
• 协助准备 报价单、销售订单、发票及 Delivery Order(送货单)
• 整理客户资料、订单记录及基础 Excel 数据
• 协助与客户及供应商进行基本邮件沟通
• 在需要时,为 Event / 快闪项目提供行政支持
• 完成主管交办的其他行政与协调工作
📌 本职位以办公室行政工作为主,并非活动执行岗位

任职要求
• SPM / ITE / 大专 / 本科 学历(专业不限)
• 欢迎 应届毕业生或 1–3 年行政 / 贸易相关经验者
• 熟悉 Microsoft Word / Excel(基础公式、排序)
• 具备中英文基本读写能力,可处理简单英文邮件
• 做事有条理,责任感强,愿意学习
• 能独立完成工作,并遵循公司流程

• 周一至周五(正常办公时间)
• 周六半天(轮值 / 轻行政工作)

Office Administrator / Admin Assistant
IP Merchandise Trading Company
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,500 per month (depending on experience)

Company Overview
We are a Singapore-based company specialising in IP merchandise wholesale and trading,
serving both local and overseas customers.
The company also provides backend administrative support for K-POP related events and pop-up projects from time to time.
We offer a stable, process-driven work environment, suitable for young candidates who wish to learn trading and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily office administrative and clerical duties
• Assist in preparation of quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery orders (DO)
• Maintain customer records, order tracking and basic Excel data
• Support email communication with customers and suppliers
• Provide administrative support for events / pop-up projects when required
• Any other administrative or coordination tasks assigned by management
This role is primarily office-based and administrative in nature.

Requirements
• Minimum SPM / ITE / Diploma / Degree (any discipline)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of admin / trading experience are welcome
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (sorting, simple formulas)
• Able to read and write basic English and Chinese for email communication
• Well-organised, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and follow processes
