- Billing day we will send out the total final bill (offset new buyer deposit, remove shipping fee if Hit Free Courier, if any), and if buyer done the payment without following our total bill and without lessing out the deposit or shipping fee, we will issue a Credit Note to offset on their next purchase.
- All Buyer's are required to follow through the checkout process of the cart before making any payment first. If u hit our member tier, u will see your total amount after less member discount on the last page of the checkout. If any member nv follow through the checkout and made the payment first without the member discount, we are unable to reimburse or credit back the member discount back.

- All purchases will be packed on Friday.
- Parcels will be collected by courier on Monday, and you will receive it within 1-5 working days.
- Picture of the parcel with tracking number will be sent to buyers on Friday. You can track your parcel once parcel has been picked up on Monday.

- Free courier will be given for per customerโs total purchases of $90 & above based on per week LIVE purchase before our billing day. (Exclude Bioshield, Promotional/Clearance items and Low/Non-profitable item. We will inform on our post or during Live if any.)
- Courier Fee will be $4.50. The delivery day and time cannot be choose. If you need specific day or timing it will be express delivery service and they are charging from $10+ to $20+ depending on the location.

- Self collection strictly not allowed.
๐น Prizes won without any purchase will be subjected to payment of courier fee of $4.50. No reminder will be given. Your items will be released if courier fee not paid within 2 Weeks.

- Exchange to be made within 7 working days in person or by Normal Mail (at your own expenses). We are not liable for any lost of mail and Compensation will not be done without receiving the defect item.
