Lunch စားရင်းရေးလိုက်တယ် 🍴
ကိုယ်ကတော့ experience အရ အဲလို toxic environment ကိုဘယ်လို identify and manage လုပ်ရမလဲ ဆိုတာ သိနေပြီ။

Sharing from experience and observation: Be aware of toxic work environments in Singapore corporate companies.
အောက်ပါအချက်တွေကို ဆက်တိုက် ကြုံနေရတယ်ဆိုရင်
you might be in a toxic environment —
• Team သို့မဟုတ် boss က သင့်ကို left out လုပ်ထားခြင်း
• ကိုယ့်အကြောင်းကို gossip behind your back လုပ်ပြီး people’s perception ကို ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း
• One-sided story ကိုပဲ ယုံကြည်ပြီး ကိုယ့်ဘက်ကို မနားထောင်ခြင်း
• Favouritism ရှိခြင်း
• Colleagues , management ရှေ့မှာ သင့်ကို mock လုပ်ခြင်း / useless feel ဖြစ်အောင်လုပ်ခြင်း
• Power ကို အသုံးချပြီး unfair performance review ရေးခြင်း

Be aware.
Be brave.
ဒီလို environment က ကိုယ့် confidence၊ mental health နဲ့ motivation ကို slowly drain လုပ်သွားပါလိမ့်မယ် — not worth it.
If you see the signs, be brave to get out.
Your wellbeing matters more than any job.💝
