Bringing traditional art beyond the sketchbook:

✂️ Cut them with a Siser cutting machine
🎨 Used Siser DTV (Direct to Vinyl) to create the final fabric embellishments

Fresh from a trip to Southern Italy—the same region that inspired so much of the vibrant Mediterranean aesthetic and home to Siser 🇮🇹💛—watercolor artist Mickey Velarde turned her travel memories into art.

Known for her effortless and elegant watercolor style, Mickey painted these bright lemon illustrations by hand, capturing a little piece of Italy's sunshine. ☀️🍋

To bring her artwork to life, she:
🎨 Painted the lemons in watercolor
🖨️ Printed the designs using a Canon GX3070
✂️ Cut them with a Siser cutting machine
✨ Used Siser DTV (Direct to Vinyl) to create these beautiful fabric embellishments
