KASWI PANDAN LEMAK MANIS-

BAHAN²-
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 cwn tepung ubi
1 1/2 cwn santan pekat
1 cwn air pandan dr 6 helai pandan
4 cwn air
1 1/4 cwn gula
1 sdt air kapur
1/2 sdt pewarna hijau star brand

CARANYA-
~sediakan loyang 10x10 sapu sedikit minyak
~panaskan kukus
~satukan kesemua bahan
~tapis jika perlu (opah blend je)
~tuang ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama 40min
~buka penutup kukus dan biar kan 10 min lagi
**tujuan nak bg air pada permukaan kaswi kering/boleh tap² tisu dapur jika permukaan masih berair
~tutup api /keluarkan kuih
~biar betul² sejuk kemudian potong
~hidang bersama kelapa parut putih + garam
~siap
