💡Did you know that the word "batik" is thought to be derived from the word 'ambatik' which when translated means '𝘢 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘵𝘴' - "amba" is a Javanese word which means 𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 and "titik" means 𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘰𝘵𝘴.
