💬 OUR LIVE STREAM SCHEDULE 💬
☑️ Weekdays: Every Tuesday - Friday, 8pm
☑️ Weekends: Every Saturday and Sunday, 3pm
💬 HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE? 💬
☑️ Transactions are in Singapore Dollars and conducted in Singapore only.
☑️ To make a bid, please type the respective item code + colour in the comments section mentioned by us during the live stream. Customers who post the CORRECT ITEM CODE on OUR SCREEN is a successful bid. Please note that it is based on our screen and not your screen because your comment will always appear first on your screen followed by ours because of the lag time during the live.
☑️ Successful bids are subjected to limited stocks and therefore will be prioritised based on the EARLIEST COMMENT posted.
☑️ Please reach out to us by sending a screen shot of your bid and payment so that it will be more efficient for us. Please make payment within 24 hours if not your orders will be released automatically.
☑️ As we do not keep stocks, your order will only be confirmed after we have received your payment. Ordered items will be released automatically if payment is not received within 24 hours.
☑️ When making payment, please indicate your Facebook profile name + item code (and colour if any) of your order in the remarks column of your transaction. After your payment has been made to us, please send us a screenshot of your transaction slip.

☑️We DO NOT accept any cancellation of orders or refund requests once your order is confirmed. So please consider carefully before you make a purchase during our live stream.
💬 SHIPPING & DELIVERY 💬
☑️All items will be shipped out from Thailand to Singapore every Tuesday. Please note that we will only ship out items when you have accumulated a minimum of 2 pieces. Ready and available stocks will be shipped out first. Pre-order items will be followed by another shipment.
☑️FREE shipping from Thailand to Singapore.
☑️ As items are shipped out from Thailand, please allow an estimated time of 10 - 14 days for your items to be delivered to you. We will keep you updated on the shipping status.
💬 ITEMS 💬
☑️ All measurements are done manually. As such, please expect 1-2cm differences in measurements.
☑️ We will personally check all items and make sure that there are no defects before shipping them out to you. As such, we will not accept any refunds or exchange of items.
