2024 LUNAR NEW YEAR SHIPPING

Dear Valued Customers,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about the production schedule of our products during the Lunar New Year holiday period from February 1st, 2024, to February 18th, 2024.

Coffee Mug, Square Pillow, 2D Shirt, Blanket: These products are printed and shipped from the USA, so orders will continue to be shipped as usual without any disruptions.

3D Products: These products are printed and manufactured in Vietnam and China. Despite the holiday period, production will proceed as normal. However, due to the shipping carriers' holiday closure until February 19th, 2024, orders for these products will commence shipping from February 19th onwards. Tracking numbers will be provided after this date.

Our acrylics ornaments are covered with protective film, keep the acrylic from scratching or getting dirty with dust, please peel off the films before use.

Due to:
- The outbreak of COVID-19 and new variations
- The logistic industry is lack of a large number of employees at all stages such as drivers, warehouse staff...
- In addition, on the upcoming Lunar New Year holidays of Vietnamese and Chinese, there will also be a few days off (From Jan 29 to Feb 4).

Because of that, the production and delivery times might be delayed up to 5-7 business days than the time frame below.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and sympathy with us in this situation.

Cheers to 2022!
As 2021 comes to a close, we'd like to thank you for another incredible year. We are unbelievably proud you've chosen us as your partners & look forward to continuing to grow together in 2022!

The GoDuckee offices & production facility will be closed on December 31 - January 1 while employees celebrate the new year & spend time with their loved ones. Additionally, our production facility is closed for inventory audit today, December 30.

Courier services are closed on January 1. You will not see movement or delivery of your packages on this day.

We will maintain normal production hours beginning January 2, 2022 & office hours January 3, 2022.
