Please note that product measurements may vary by 1–3cm due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
2. Code Validity 🛒
Codes are valid for 2 days and will expire at 12:00 PM. For example, if the live is on a Monday, all payment must be completed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday. Unpaid carts will be automatically cancelled.
3. Delivery Policy 🚚
Complimentary shipping is provided for orders placed during overseas live sessions. Please allow an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 weeks for your order to arrive.
4. Refunds 📜
If an item cannot be fulfilled by the supplier, a credit refund will be issued. In some circumstances, we will inform and arrange with you personally if item was damaged during shipment. This credit will be automatically applied toward your next purchase at checkout.
