❌NO CANCELLATION, NO EXCHANGE & REFUND after successful bid.
❌NO Joy bidders, no MIA bid(referring to bidder who don't reply after item successfully bid).
How To Make A Purchase❓
⭕Transactions are in Singapore Dollars(SGD)
⭕When you want to bid please type the ITEM CODE +Color Code(if any)/Size( if any) in the comments section CORRECTLY which mentioned in our live stream.
⭕The successful bidder is the one who comments and posts the correct item code and their name appears FIRST in OUR SCREEN and NOT your screen due to time laging during live session. We will read out the name of the successful bidder for every item code.
Due to limited stock availability sometimes I will choose the sequence of the comment so that other people got chance to own the item. Example: if I choose the 2nd comment and your name appear on my screen on the 2nd then you are the winner.
⭕After successfully bid the item you need to screenshot your item shown in live session and make payment immediately.
⭕Courier SGD10 flat rate; If spent >=SGD50 then flat rate SGD5;
If spent >=SGD100 then free of charge delivery
⭕Allow to accumulate up to 2 weeks of live streams only.
⭕We will release your item(s) if doesn't receive your payment within 24 hours and our final reminder sent to you without reply after our live session.
⭕No normal mail or smartpac.
⭕Please bid wisely and responsibly when you are sure on the item you bid.
