Payment are to be made soonest possible after E-invoice is issued to you via FB PM.

5. PM Bank receipt of transfer, with our Paynow/Account number indicated clearly on the receipt. Indicate your FB name if the Bank Acct Name is Not the same name as your FB. Delivery :
Home delivery @ $5. No self-collect
No Cash-on-delivery (COD)
No multi-household delivery under 1 bidder/buyer.

7. REFUND will NOT be entertained ONCE YOU have received your items.

8. Exchange due to manufacturer defects ONLY. Exchange is applicable within 24hrs upon items received by you. We need proof of the defects (pics) and defective item(s) are required to be send back to us (mail). We will pay for the postage fee. CAN Exchange with the same design & colour- if still available. OR
Choose other designs as long as it is the same price of the previous defective item.
