2. We've asked all our staff to work overtime to process orders as quickly as possible.
3. We're collaborating with shipping partners to expedite the shipping process.
4. Our customer support team is now available 24/7 via email and phone to assist customers immediately.
I understand that I cannot blame my own oversight for your dissatisfaction. However, I hope for your understanding and willingness to wait a few more days. Our team is still working day and night, and we assure you that we will deliver your orders as soon as possible.
