Growing up amongst sewing machines and bales of fabric, Gelen has, at a tender age, marvelled at her father’s dedicated skill set in creating finely tailored suits and garments to fit the most challenging of physique. After all, it was Dad’s mantra of “God made man, but it is the suit that maketh the Gentleman” that remains in Gelen’s mind till this very day. It was her father’s meticulous skill s

et and dedication towards providing the upmost service to his customers that became the fundamental foundation of Gelen’s decision in life. At the tender age of 17, she embarked on her apprenticeship under her father’s watchful eyes and has dedicated the last 10 years towards the craft of fine suit making

Through time of family traditions and experiences, Gelen has developed a discerning eye for detail, fit and form. Catering to all her client’s design and sartorial requirements, while breaking free from the limitations of stereotypical styles and restrictions. Combined with an insatiable craving for a space to explore the creative potentials that may be translated into bespoke pieces of attire, PRECISION was born. PRECISION is a fusion of both traditional and contemporary tailoring, where Gelen aims to honour the uniqueness of each individual client, while upholding her work ethic promise of “to sew with skills, soul, and character”.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of our shop as I transition to pursue a new chapter in my life. Your heartfelt responses to this closure have deeply moved me, and I want to ensure that I remain available to support you during this transition. Therefore, I will continue to attend to the needs of our existing clients even after the shop’s closure! 🙋🏻‍♀️

I am deeply grateful for your unwavering support and trust over the years. Special thanks to my father that granted this skill to me and to our talented seamstress for her dedicated contributions.

It might seem sudden to say this. In fact, it was an eventual outcome that was part of the plan.

We would be ceasing PRECISIONSG end July 2024.

The continuation of this half a century craft was to fulfill the supporting role for my father, who lifework devote solely in making suits. With him of age now and me exploring my alternate pathway to realize my purpose and dream working with children, we had to bid goodbye soon.

An ultra big fluffy bear hug from our team to those that showed support and entrusted your sartorial needs with us.

Till then, we are still here to stay and serve before we gracefully exit from here. Always looking forward to honour your uniqueness:
