Niladre Bije, also known as Rasogola Day, marks the homecoming of Lord Jagannath, his sister Subhadra, and Lord Balabhadra to the Jagannath Temple in Puri. 🙏🏼🏰 Legend has it that Lord Jagannath, after a nine-day-long chariot journey during the Rath Yatra, had to offer Rasogola to Goddess Lakshmi, to pacify her for not taking her in the Yatra.
Rasogola, the iconic sweet delicacy, holds a special place in the hearts of Odias and food enthusiasts across the globe. Its soft, spongy texture and divine taste make it an irresistible treat!

Celebrating in Bhubaneswar after a very long time. This puja marks the end of winter and onset of the spring season ( ). For any Oriya kid, Saraswati puja is very special.
