Customization

1. Are you able to customize clothing for the industrial worker, or even heavy-duty jacket? We are able to customize clothing even for the industrial or heavy-duty environment, as long as your ideal fabric is available in our market.

2. Can you provide a sample before production? If yes, how fast can I have the sample? A sample could be furnished between 7 to 14 days upon confirmation of order. Urgent requests for samples can also be arranged.

3. What is the lead time to place an order? Ideally, an order should be confirmed 3 to 5 weeks in advance. But for urgent requests, it can also be arranged.

4. Can I customize my own label? Does Activecool Fashion provide services to resellers/retailers? Yes, we do provide such customization service for private corporate identity, resellers, and retailers.

5. Will there be a problem with sizing? My team/colleagues come in different sizing variations. ActiveCool Fashion runs from 3XS to 3XL, special sizing could be customized upon request.

6. Is there any Artwork Requirements for the logo and design of my apparel? Yes, please kindly provide us with the following requirements for any logo/diagram:

Resolution: Minimum 300 "dots per inch" (dpi)
File Format: Adobe Illustrator Artwork (AI) or Portable Document Format (PDF)

If any design need, there will be a separate charge.

Placing an Order
==========

1. How do I place an order? What is the information you require? In order to prevent any hiccups, we will require the following details to process your order:

a. Sample (preferably to have)
b. Size
d. Fabric Type/ Color
e. Artwork Diagram (if any)
(1) Silkscreen
(2) Embroidery
(3) Others. Deadline (delivery date for your apparel)
g. Any other special request:
(1) Special cutting/ finishing
(2) Unique fabric material
(3) Customized own logo/ label
(4) etc.

2. Any minimum quantity? No, we don't request any minimum quantity. But for complex apparels, we may require.

3. What forms of payment do you accept? We only accept Cash, Cheque, NETs, and Bank transfers as payment.

4. Is there any deposit required? A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of orders OR upon issuance of the invoice, except for customers with pre-arranged credit terms of payment.
