MOMMAS, LET'S BRING MENTAL TO THE TABLE! 🧘🏻‍♀️

Scrolling through Instagram feed to find your mommy friends doing so well, from educational activities to perfectly groomed toddlers posing sweetly?

You may not realize this but maybe the kids just had a full-blown tantrum before the shot or the mess of the house that ensued right after the photo was taken. (Sounds familiar, right? 😏)

Maybe that's their way of feeling the sense of achievement, or maybe you will also experience fulfilment posting similar "theme" of shots.

Sometimes things are not going perfectly well for them too, no matter how hard they try to hide it.

There are so many unknown details behind an Instagram post. Sometimes we really do it just . 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nevertheless, do not feel ashamed feeling guilty, do not feel guilty feeling angry, do not feel angry feeling inadequacy, do not feel inadequate feeling ashamed because this loop of our emotions ARE REAL, but COMPARING yourself to other moms will just make it WORSE. 🙅🏻‍♀️

We both know how proned we are to depression and anxiety, so let's help and support one other so we can raise our children better. 👌🏼
