We love a good makeover so here’s ours (ps- sure you’ve got your app updated!). Frockk now works with these three easy steps (:

1️⃣ Upload frockks to earn coins (green for blogshop, gold for higher end)
2️⃣ Spend coins to request frockks
3️⃣ DM to arrange re-home & delivery

Plus 🌟 give karma when the rehoming process goes smoothly!

We’re so excited for you to try this and hopefully more frockks can be re-homed this way! ✨ Direct swap is no longer needed! Closet clear outs just made that much easier too ^^

⭐️ It’s our favourite feature Friday where we update you on what’s coming up and we have IDEAS this week💡!

First, let’s start with context and a few insights from Frockk
1️⃣ 12% of users were able to find matches on Frockk. Of those, more than half were one sided matches (one person is clearing closet and doesn’t require a corresponding item to be swapped).
2️⃣ Even with the prospect of free clothes and despite our small community there are some 👻 swappers 😞
3️⃣ Some of the community is unclear of how frockk / frockkGSS works

Given the above, we’ve decided to reinvent Frockk to a more traditional clothes swap which doesn’t require 1-1 match.

Our primary aim has always been to promote sustainable fashion by making it easier for people to re-home pre loved clothes so we’re hoping this new direction will take us closer to this goal! We hope to be able to push out the update (realistically next couple weeks) so stay tuned for more announcements on that!

It’s Feature Friday where we share the latest updates to the frockk app! Thanks to your feedback we made sooooo many improvements this week! Did you manage to spot them all (;

1. (beta)* we’ve updated the header and added its own dedicated tab! We’ll also be experimenting a few new features during the including uploading multiple images of your frockks and dual column layout! (: Tell us what you think!

1. Size filter, Yes, you can now filter clothes by size! 🥳

1. Report an issue - We’ve added a group chat function where we can talk and you can give us your feedback or report any bugs you’ve encountered!

Not to toot our own horn but swipe right ➡️ to see just some of the many great pieces on frockk - all for swaps, not for sale!

Lots of them are brand new and we just love the stories attached to each piece too whether they were gifted by a sister or, in the case of the pink LB culottes, this piece had tons of memories from “first day at internship, first official date with my bf, first meeting with my then-future colleagues. It has seen me through all the time I need to feel special and beautiful on bad days.” 😍 clothes really have the power to make us feel great - let’s treat them with the respect they deserve! 💕

💕 Have a bunch of great fashion that you no longer wear? Want to get rid of them but can’t bear to throw them away and worried they might not end up in a real home if you donate them? How about getting some ‘new’ clothes for free at the same time?

🤩We’re putting a 2022 twist on an old idea - we’re taking the traditional clothes swap virtual! On 27 March for one day only we’ll be launching Singapore’s first ever virtual clothes swap (or as we like to call it, the frockk Great Special Swap - like GSS, geddit? 😅😅)!

💃How works?
- Download frockk ( )
- Sign up on the app (link on the get lucky page!)
- Btw 17-24 March, upload at least 5 pieces that you want to swap
- Frockk vets and awards credits for each frockk added
- On swap day, redeem credits for frockks
- Arrange drop offs and collections via DMs

💕 Finding a 1-1 match for your preloved clothes can be hard so we’ve decided to take a new spin on an old idea. On 27 March for one day only we’ll be launching Singapore’s first ever virtual clothes swap (or as we like to call it, the frockk Great Special Swap - like GSS, geddit? 😅😅)!

💃How works?
- Sign up on the app (launching this week!)
- Btw 17-24 March, upload at least 5 pieces that you want to swap
- Frockk vets and awards credits for each frockk added
- On swap day, redeem credits for frockks
- Arrange drop offs and collections via DMs

It’s a match!! What’s more thrilling than swiping on tinder for dates? Scrolling for fashion on frockk! 😅😅

Personally my favourite bit is reading the stories people post about their preloved pieces -whether they bought it as an ROM potential dress, or are looking to re-home it because they’ve lost weight. There’s a romance in knowing the story and history of a piece 💖
