Achievable changes I hope I can make in the new year. Resist temptation to stay up late watching Netflix or scrolling my phone and instead try to get the recommended six hours of sleep for my body. It might just help me cut down on caffeine too.

Olivia Dewi Cinta Higgins, Miss Charm Singapore 2023 in the National Costume by Frederick Lee Couture.

The rich diversity of Singapore’s multi-ethnic landscape and Olivia’s background is represented in this beautifully detailed National Costume. Drawing inspiration from the imperial Chinese roots with design elements of Singapore’s various cultures mixed in, the costume features a gold threaded cape with a Phoenix motif to signify the resilience of our island state.

Hand-moulded metal jewelry and a bejeweled headpiece befitting of a queen top off the costume making it a head-turning statement piece.
