Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fees will be collected after you selected your choice of outfit. Fees involved are for outfit, steam ironing, minor alteration to fit and dry cleaning. Alteration
No alteration can be arranged before reservation fees collected. We will recommend the amount of alteration. We accept no responsibility for outfit not fitting when collected due to client’s weight loss, increase, pregnancy or due other nature beyond our control. Upon Collection
Remaining 50% balance of the rental fees plus $200 refundable security deposit shall be collected. Rental Period
Rented outfit and accessories where applicable has to be returned within 3 days inclusive the day of collection otherwise 10% additional charge will be imposed on each day. Upon Returning
Should the physical condition of outfit/accessories returned differs from the day the outfit was collected, the refundable security deposit will be deducted accordingly or forfeited base on our discretion. If the repair cost exceeded $200, client will have to bear the differences upon receipt shown. Define Damage
