What currency are our prices?
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars. We do not charge tax.
How soon will you ship my order?
We strive to process and ship your orders within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped out.
How will my purchases be delivered in Singapore?
You can opt for deliveries in Singapore to be delivered via normal mail (not tracked), registered mail (tracked) or next day courier. The default mail service provider is Singapore Post. Mails may take 2 to 5 working days from shipped date to reach your address. Further delays can occur during delivery, and these delays are usually on the end of the mail service provider. Please note that delays are more apparent during public holidays and these are beyond our control.
Local Mail
For normal local mail, it is free, however you are not able to track your parcel. We will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail. We highly recommend that you opt for Registered Mail.
Registered Mail
You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel. If you are not around when the parcel is delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door step for you to pick up the parcel from the nearest post office. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
