volumes not less than 500 a day. By the time they say Yes and i revert to u and u order and get back to them , there are ver high chances of getting sold out.

- Will be shipped within India anytime.
- Pls share right address.Due to wrong address if parcel is lost, we are not responsible. Also if you havnt recvd it within 10days please revert else the manufacture wont refund or resend
- No return / exchange unless damaged and please do inform us immediately within hours of delivery of the product.
- Color can vary slightly due to resolution/flash/reflection.Please confirm on the colours.
- Colours of the material always differs in a sodium light and a tubelight.
- Once booked means *No cancellation*
- 2- 3 weeks to get delivered to me in singapore ( climatic , man made conditions like strike can delay things)
- Free home Delivery in SG through Singpost registered post. For Private courier, extra charges applicable.
- Please book only when you are confirm about the order dears. Yes, we need to book before retailers and other suppliers grab but there s always next time.
- There s no COD ( Cash on Delivery)
I pay the � to the concerned as your order gets booked. Since i pay for all the orders thru out i always request the customers to pay as the order gets booked for 2 reasons
- to avoid last minute mood changes and cancellations
-to maintain my balance as already it wud be emptying on paying upfront
Return / Exchange policy:-
Return is accepted only in case of damage which is accepted by the supplier.. And damage has to be reported within 24hrs of receiving the products.. Return courier has to be sent within 1-2 days else product wil not the accepted and cannot process return or exchange.. And only if customer pays the courier charge the same parcel will be sent again to them.. If customer takes too much time to send the parcel.. Pls ask them not to send coz supplier will not accept the product. Refund will be processed only if the product reaches customer in the same manner / foldings .. . Suppliers wont be giving courier charges.. Incase of exchange they wil ship on their own charges. Pls follow these to continue smooth business relationships.
