She chose it herself. She sent it to us. And we spent weeks asking one question — what does a dress like this deserve to become?

Dr. Jane Goodall spent her life speaking for those who could not speak for themselves.
This dress is hers.
She chose it herself. Her assistant Mary sent it to us — a deliberate, personal gesture from a woman who understood that every choice carries meaning. It was presented at the × Benedetti Life Sustainable Fashion Show on September 13, 2025, worn by an acctress as a living tribute to everything she stood for. Eighteen days later, on October 1st, Dr. Goodall passed away.
We did not know it then. But she did what she always did — she chose consciously, she stood for something, and she left the world with a gift.
We are now transforming her dress into an ecocouture piece that will carry her message forward. No waste. No harm. No silence. Just intention, craft, and a legacy made visible through every stitch.
This piece is not fashion. It is a promise — to nature, to the animals she devoted her life to, and to every generation that inherits the world she fought so hard to protect.
