Happy Friday!
Today is launch day for the capsule! This capsule is super special because it’s a HYBRID piece! The dress has removable and adjustable straps ( that will cover your bra straps) covert into an amazing, dramatic maxi skirt. This piece will take you through fall & summer. Inspired by my California roots & being a WOC, this piece embodies the essence of .jones. The fabric is lightweight Italian cotton voile and lined in the softest t-shirt fabric imaginable. There is a limited number available, and pre-orders are available (🔗 in bio). A very special thank you to my incredible team who pulled off this amazing shoot in the middle of a pandemic. You really made the vision come to life 🙏🏽 I am forever grateful. 💋

Sometimes there are things that visually speak to your soul. This incredible photographer by is one of them. After finding out about the surf culture in Dakar, I came across this incredible photographer from LA who made her way to Dakar. Talk about kismet and timing. She sells her prints in her website, and luckily for me, I was able to grab this beauty that will always remind me of this wonderful moment during such tough times. 💋

Sunday reality check. I spend a lot of time thinking about designing dresses that women will love forever. Not just a season but something they will cherish and covet for a lifetime. I often struggle with should I make more? Or should I make what’s meaningful. Then I woke up to this amazing post by of her and all her glory, radiating beauty, and I looked back to all the incredible gorgeous women who have shared pics and how they feel when they wear .jones dresses, and the answer is simple. Stick with meaningful. The next capsule is super small but meaningful. I love you, ladies, for always showing up and showing out. My heart is full and blown away by your strength, grace, and beauty. 💋
