แถลงการณ์จากผู้จัดงาน
เรื่อง : การเซ็นลายเซ็นของโรเบร์โต้ บาจโจ้ บนของที่ระลึกในงาน TSCC2026
จากกรณีที่มีการประกาศกิจกรรม Private Signing with Roberto Baggio ภายในงานวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2026 ที่จะถึงนี้ โดยมีการกำหนดว่าจะเป็นการเซ็นลงบนภาพที่กำหนดโดยทีมงานฝ่ายจัดเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถอนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานนำของที่ระลึกเกี่ยวกับกีฬา (Sport Memorabilia) ทุกประเภทเข้าไปเซ็นลายเซ็นได้ ทางผู้จัดงาน ขอชี้แจงดังต่อไปนี้

1. ทีมงาน TSCC 2026 ได้มีการพูดคุยกับตัวแทนของ โรเบร์โต้ บาจโจ้ เกี่ยวกับการมาเยือนประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานที่จะเกิดขึ้นในเดือนพฤษภาคม ซึ่งในระหว่างการเจรจามีเงื่อนไขหนึ่งจากทางตัวแทนของนักเตะ เกี่ยวกับการเซ็นลายเซ็นลงบนของที่ระลึกด้านกีฬา (Sport Memorabilia) ทุกประเภท ว่า “ไม่สามารถทำได้” เนื่องจากทางนักเตะมีเงื่อนไขสัญญาทางด้านธุรกิจก่อนหน้านี้ ดังนั้น เสื้อฟุตบอล และ Trading Card ซึ่งเป็น Sport Memorabilia ยอดนิยม จึงไม่สามารถที่จะเซ็นได้ภายในงาน Private Signing ดังกล่าวภายใต้เงื่อนไขนี้ได้
2. ด้วยการทำงานกับ โรเบร์โต้ บาจโจ้ เป็นโอกาสที่ดีของเรา และแฟนบอลชาวไทยที่จะได้พบกับเขาอย่างเป็นทางการครั้งแรกในรอบ 30 ปี ทีมงานได้มีการเจรจาต่อรองเกี่ยวกับเหตุผลดังกล่าว จนได้ข้อสรุปออกมาอย่างแน่ชัดว่านักเตะไม่สามารถเซ็นลายเซ็นลงบนของที่ระลึกด้านกีฬา (Sport Memorabilia) ทุกชนิดได้ เราจึงตัดสินใจเป็นการภายในว่า เรายังคงมีความปรารถนาในการทำงานร่วมกับนักเตะภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่กำหนดและหาทางออกร่วมกัน
3. การหาทางออกร่วมกันระหว่างเรากับฝ่ายนักเตะจึงจบลงด้วยการ ภาพวาดด้วยปากกา และผลิตซ้ำด้วยการสกรีนแบบซิล์คสกรีนด้วยมือ ขนาด A2 Limited Edition มีเพียง 250 ภาพเท่านั้น พร้อมลายเซ็นของศิลปินลายเซ็นสดด้วยปากกา โดยภาพวาดนี้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะได้รับและนำไปให้ โรเบร์โต้ บาจโจ้ เซ็นบนภาพด้วยตนเอง และทางตัวแทนนักเตะได้มีการอนุมัติแบบเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
ทั้งนี้ TSCC2026 มีความมุ่งมั่นในการนำประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดในการพบกับนักเตะ ให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่าน เช่นเดียวกับการทำงานหนักในการเตรียมงานให้พร้อมที่สุดเพื่อให้งานของเราเป็นไปได้อย่างราบรื่น และปลอดภัยที่สุด

Statement from the Organizers of
Subject: Autograph Signing by Roberto Baggio on Memorabilia at TSCC2026
Regarding the announcement of the Private Signing with Roberto Baggio activity to be held on May 16, 2026, it has been specified that the signing will only be done on images designated by the organizing team. Attendees will not be allowed to bring any type of sports memorabilia to be signed. The organizers would like to clarify the following:
1. The TSCC 2026 team held discussions with the representative of Roberto Baggio regarding his visit to Thailand as part of the event taking place this May. During the negotiations, one condition from the player’s representative stated that signing on any type of sports memorabilia is not permitted, due to the player’s existing business contractual obligations. Therefore, popular sports memorabilia such as football jerseys and trading cards cannot be signed during the Private Signing session under this condition.
2. Working with Roberto Baggio is a valuable opportunity for us and for Thai football fans to meet him officially for the first time in 30 years. The organizing team negotiated further regarding this matter, but the final conclusion was clear that the player cannot sign any type of sports memorabilia. Internally, we decided that we still strongly wished to collaborate with the player under the given conditions and worked together to find an alternative solution.
3. The final solution agreed upon between the organizers and the player’s side is a pen illustration reproduced via hand silk-screen printing, sized A2, released as a Limited Edition of only 250 pieces, and including the artist’s original signature in pen. Each attendee will receive this artwork and can personally have Roberto Baggio sign it during the event. The player’s representative has already approved this arrangement.
TSCC2026 is committed to providing the best possible experience for all attendees in meeting the player. We are also working diligently to ensure the event is prepared as thoroughly as possible so that it proceeds smoothly and safely for everyone.
