A small step. But one filled with hope. ❤️
Last Friday (5 June 2026), Metta Anand Foundation invited a DIY specialist to the Don Mueang Women’s Shelter — sharing practical crafting skills with the mothers there.
This is part of our new initiative: Helping Thai Mums Create Chances ❤️
The mothers there are doing the quiet, hard work of rebuilding their lives — for themselves, and for their children. Our hope is simple: that the right skills, shared at the right moment, can open doors. To confidence. To opportunity. To a little extra income along the way.
What makes this especially meaningful is where those skills go next. Quality Products made through this program will be purchased by RaMoNa Fashion — our social enterprise built on handicrafts, sustainability, and women’s empowerment. It’s a full-circle moment: skills become products, products create income, and income helps create new chances for mothers and their families. 💛
If you have a practical skill you’d like to share or contribution that you would like to make, please send me a message. Together, we can help create chances — one mum at a time. 🙏
