At Looms & Lullabies we craft gorgeous baby textiles, start to finish, here in Thailand.

We use only plant based dyes on our products and only natural fibres. We have a talented team of weavers, dyers and seamstresses who create each item.

So it’s January 14th and we are just getting around to saying Happy New Year. It’s been a slow start to 2022… and maybe that’s ok?!

As a Momma of 4 little humans, with 2 small businesses, and having just finished a wonderful month of having my mom here to visit (after not having been able to see each other in nearly 3 years), I’ll be honest I’ve been a little slow to kick off 2022.

That said we are excited for the year ahead and all that it holds. Priority #1 is getting our website launched. But until then please DM us for our product list and to place orders.

100%, made start to finish, here in beautiful Thailand. This was one of our primary goals when starting Looms + Lullabies.

The last two years have been pretty brutal here for many. Jobs have been lost, spending has been scaled back and the reality has been pretty bleak for. While our production isn’t large (yet!), it is incredibly important to us to keep all parts of production in country so that the contracts go to local businesses.

Our certified organic cotton is from a factory near Bangkok. The hand woven fabric is produced by a weaving collective near Chiang Rai, all of the dying is done by talented makers in Chiang Rai, and all of the sewing is done by a seamstress here in Bangkok.

So when you purchase one of our products, know that you’re money staying here in Thailand and helping to support some really wonderful makers and small businesses.

Our new Quilted Swaddle may be our favourite item in our collection! This generously sized swaddle is 120cm x 120cm and is made from our Certified Organic Cotton Muslin. It took months of searching but we finally found a factory here in Thailand that produces the most beautiful certified organic cotton Muslin. When we began Looms + Lullabies one of our core values was to keep all production here in Thailand so that not only are we producing a high quality, local product, but also so that local businesses and makers are getting the contracts. From factory or weaving studio, to the dye process, to the seamstress, you can be assured that our product is 100% Made in Thailand!

Wanted to share a little sneak peak of what we’ve been working on the last few months. Our new Certified Organic Cotton is so incredibly soft and we are loving the saturated hues. We’ve also added a couple of products to our line. We’ll be revealing those in the coming days!!!
