Design is created by one person, but it comes to life through the people who use it.

Seeing my work become part of people’s cycling journeys in different countries has been one of the most meaningful experiences as a designer.

I’m grateful for every customer, every photo, and every story shared over the years.

Innovation doesn’t always mean creating something completely new.

Sometimes, it means looking at an everyday product from a different perspective and asking,

“Can it work in a better way?”

I enjoy exploring ideas, testing different solutions, and improving them step by step.

For me, design innovation is not about making things more complicated. It’s about finding a simple solution to a real problem.

Every project is another opportunity to learn and improve.

Design is more than creating a product.

For me, design starts with understanding how people use something in their everyday lives.

I believe a product should be functional, comfortable, and simple to use. At the same time, it should have its own character.

Every project teaches me something new. I continue to learn, improve, and enjoy the design process.

That's what keeps me inspired as a designer.

Looking back...

This photo was taken about 10 years ago at one of the first exhibitions where I introduced SPIN.

It wasn't just about presenting a product. It was an opportunity to meet people, answer questions, and listen to their experiences.

Some ideas were confirmed.

Some ideas needed to change.

That's one of the most valuable lessons I've learned as a designer.

Design doesn't end when a product is finished.

It continues through feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.

Looking back, I'm grateful for everyone who shared their thoughts and became part of that journey.

The evolution of SPIN — from SPIN 1 to SPIN 2.

Creating SPIN took a lot of trial and error. We made many versions, tested them, changed them, and sometimes started all over again.

We also listened to feedback from our customers and the people who worked with us. Their comments helped us see what we could improve.

SPIN 1 became the design that many people first knew us for. But we still wanted to make it better.

So we developed SPIN 2 with a more premium look, better comfort and fit, and more detailed layered stitching. It also has a stronger fashion feel while keeping the original idea of SPIN.

For us, design is a process of trying, listening, learning, and improving — again and again.
