*สำหรับการซื้อ-ขายภายในประเทศไทย*
1. เสื้อผ้าโฟล์คชาร์ม สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์ได้หรือแบบได้
1.1 สินค้าที่รับคืนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการซักหรือใช้งาน มีป้ายสินค้า พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ครบถ้วน
1.2 ขอรบกวนลูกค้าแจ้งและส่งกลับมาเปลี่ยนภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับของ
1.3 หากมีส่วนต่างของสินค้าที่เปลี่ยน ลูกค้าจะได้รับมูลค่าคืนเป็น Voucher เพื่อซื้อของในครั้งต่อไป ไม่สามารถคืนเป็นเงินสดใด้
2. งานสั่งตัดในไซส์พิเศษ (เพิ่ม-ลดไซส์) หรือเลือกลายผ้าเอง ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนได้ทุกกรณี
3. บจก. โฟล์คชาร์ม ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาการคืนเงิน เฉพาะกรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิ ไม่ตรงกับแบบหรือขนาดที่แจ้งใว้ นอกเหนือจาก 2 กรณีนี้
3.1 งานอาจมีขนาดต่างจ่าง Size Chart +-2 ซ.ม. เพราะเป็นผ้าที่ทำมือทั้งกระบวนการ ความแน่น ความหนา-บาง ของเส้นฝ้ายจากช่างทอและช่างเข็น(ปั่น)เส้นผ้ายแต่ละคนอาจต่างกัน
3.2 การมีปุ่ม ขด เส้นฝ้ายเกิน หรือทอไม่เสมอกันเป็นเสน่ห์ของฝ้ายเข็นมือ ไม่ถือว่าเป็นตำหนิ โดยทางเรามีการ QC ผ้าทอก่อนส่งขึ้นมาเพื่อตัดเย็บค่ะ
*สำหรับการซื้อ-ขายระหว่างประเทศ*
1. ลูกค้าสามารถคืนสินค้าได้
1.1 สินค้าที่รับคืนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการซักหรือใช้งาน มีป้ายสินค้า พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ครบถ้วน
1.2 ลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งกลับเอง โดยแจ้งภายใน 7 วัน และส่งกลับภายใน 10 วันหลังจากได้รับของ
1.3 ทางเราจะคืนเงินให้ได้ผ่านระบบ PayPal ช่องทางเดียว โดยจะโอนเงินคืนภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับของ
1.4 หากต้องการเปลี่ยนไซส์หรือแบบ จะต้องเป็นการสั่งซื้อเข้ามาใหม่
2. งานสั่งตัดไซส์พิเศษ (เพิ่ม-ลดไซส์) ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยหรือคืนได้ทุกกรณี

*Domestic Purchases*
1. Folkcharm products can be returned.
1.1 Returned items must be in perfect condition, unwashed with tags and complete packaging in tact.
1.2 Customers are kindly requested to inform us and send the products back within 7 days after delivery.
1.3 Price difference in exchanged items cannot be refunded in cash. Customers will receive voucher equivalent for their next purchase.
2. Made-to-order items in special sizes or textile patterns cannot be returned.
3. reserves the right to refund only in cases of product defects ‘excluding’ these conditions:
3.1 All Folkcharm items may differ by 1-2 cm. from the Size Chart as all pieces are handmade, from yarn hand-spinning, weaving, cut and sewn one by one. Different artisans may weave each roll of fabric differently. Shrinkage of the fabric is therefore unaccountable.
3.2 Inconsistency of color dyes and weaves are due to the hand-process and considered as the charm of our products.
*Overseas Purchases*
1. Our products are returnable.
1.1 Returned items must be in perfect condition, unwashed with tags and complete packaging in tact.
1.2 Customers are kindly requested to inform us within 7 days and return the items within 10 days. Regretfully, customers will have to bear the logistics cost to return the products.
1.3 Folkcharm can return the money via PayPal only. The amount will be transferred to your PayPal account within 10 days after we received your returned products.
1.4 Please make your order again of you’d like a different size or new item.
2. Made-to-order items in special sizes or textile patterns cannot be returned. Thank you very much for your kind understanding of our slow-made and hand process.
