• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Proactive Problem-solver: Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset; able to tackle challenges creatively.
• Highly Organized: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a systematic and meticulous approach to managing multiple project components.
• Fast Learner: Quick to grasp the CGI/VFX Workflow and technical terminology.
• Reliability: High level of responsibility and a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.

[Roles and Responsibilities]
• Client & Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team (Artist, CG Supervisor). Analyze briefs, summarize Feedback, and gather necessary References to ensure alignment.
• Resource & Outsource Management: Oversee and manage CGI resources, including coordinating with both internal teams and external Outsource partners to ensure project requirements are met.
• Production Tracking & Scheduling: Develop and manage project Timelines. Maintain Tracking Sheets to monitor progress across every Process and ensure all updates are on schedule.
• Financial Coordination: Prepare quotations, estimate production costs, and track project expenses.
• CGI Pipeline Coordination: Oversee the entire production cycle, from initial brief through 3D Production to the final Composite.
• Quality & Delivery Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure all outputs meet the studio’s standards and client specifications.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized folder structures and manage project Assets for efficient archiving and delivery.

[หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ]
• Client & Team Liaison: เป็นตัวกลางประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมงาน (Artist, CG Supervisor) วิเคราะห์บรีฟ สรุป Feedback และรวบรวม Reference เพื่อให้เข้าใจเป้าหมายตรงกัน
• Resource & Outsource Management: ควบคุมและดูแลจัดการทีม CGI ทั้งในส่วนของทรัพยากรภายใน (Internal Resource) และการประสานงานกับผู้รับจ้างภายนอก (Outsource)
• Production Tracking & Scheduling: วางแผนคิวงาน (Timeline) จัดทำ Tracking Sheet เพื่อติดตามสถานะงานในแต่ละ Process ให้ตรงตามกำหนดการ
• Financial Coordination: จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ประเมินต้นทุน และติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายของโปรเจกต์
• CGI Pipeline Coordination: ติดตามภาพรวมของงานตั้งแต่เริ่มรับบรีฟ ผ่านขั้นตอนการผลิต 3D ไปจนถึงขั้นตอน Composite สุดท้าย
• Quality & Delivery Control: รีเช็ค Quality ความเรียบร้อยของงานให้ตรงตามมาตรฐานของสตูดิโอและตามความต้องการของลูกค้าก่อนส่งมอบ
• Asset Management: จัดการระบบโฟลเดอร์และไฟล์งาน (Asset) ต่างๆ ให้เป็นระเบียบ เพื่อการส่งมอบและจัดเก็บที่ถูกต้อง
