Purchased items can only be exchanged with another item of the same price. This will be the case only IF the merchandise is returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. Exchange requests must be made within 21 days after the product is purchased and merchandise has to be returned to us within 2 days after the request. Requests or Items sent after these periods will not be accepted. We will not and cannot be responsible for lost parcels sent back to us for the purpose of exchanges. Exchanges can only be done once. In an event that we are not able to exchange the merchandise in dispute, we will be willing to negotiate for a refund depending on the circumstances. In an event that a wrong merchandise is sent to you, we will send the correct item after we have received the returned parcel. All SALE items are final
