Founded in 2016 in Bushwick and in Bangkok, Philip Huang's pH.lab focuses on experimentation with natural plant-derived dyes and plant-derived products from South East Asia.

We celebrated in Venice not only with communal dyeing experiences with Denniston Hill at the Giardini, but also through Cicchetti and Curry. The quintessential Venetian snack from ’s favorite spot in Dorsoduro, alongside Philip’s slow braised chicken green curry and beef massaman curry using curry paste from and seasonal vegetables with some final adjustments by Rirkrit Tiravanija. A small gathering of close friends and family, artists in the show, collectors, and curators before the Venice Biennale began. The calm before the storm that was the opening week of the Venice Biennale, thank you for coming 💙.

Thank you everyone for joining our indigo workshops with at the Central Pavilion of . So grateful for everybody’s time and energy, hope you enjoyed the transformation of your bags and t-shirts into blue. Over the course of two sessions, we hosted almost 100 dyers with two indigo vats! Thank you so much Denniston Hill for the generous invitation for us to create this experience for the community and to introduce for the first time and its mission.

Join us at at the Central Pavilion of Giardini della Biennale for an indigo dyeing experience. Bring your own (natural) garment to dye or grab a limited edition tote bag from us. First come first serve, dyeing available until the indigo is exhausted.
So honored to be able to host our dyeing experience and launch Indigo World Foundation in the Central Pavilion whose main foyer is covered in hand-dyed Senegalese indigo.
