เปิดโลกการเรียนรู้นอกห้องทำงาน กับบทเรียนสำคัญเรื่อง Diversity & Inclusion
เพราะการทำงานที่ FORVIAไม่ได้มีแค่เรื่องเทคโนโลยี แต่คือการเข้าใจผู้คนที่หลากหลาย ล่าสุดเราพาน้องๆ อินเทิร์นจากทุกโรงงานมารวมตัวกันเพื่อเปิดประสบการณ์สุดพิเศษตลอดทั้งวัน เริ่มต้นช่วงเช้าด้วยกิจกรรม Plant Tour พาทุกคนไปสัมผัสเบื้องหลังกระบวนการผลิตจริง พร้อมเป็นโอกาสให้น้องๆ ฝึกงานจากแต่ละบ้านได้ทำกิจกรรมสนุกๆ ร่วมกันและทำความรู้จักกันมากขึ้น
จากนั้นในช่วงบ่าย ทุกคนได้เดินทางไปเรียนรู้การอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างเข้าใจที่โรงเรียนสอนคนตาบอดพัทยา ซึ่งน้องๆ ได้สลับบทบาทมาเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ผ่านการลองปิดตาเดินโดยมีนักเรียนคอยนำทาง ได้สัมผัสและเรียนรู้อักษรเบรลล์ รวมถึงลงมืออัดเสียงอ่านหนังสือเพื่อเข้าใจเรื่อง Accessibility ในชีวิตจริง
นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งวันที่เต็มไปด้วยการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยี การสร้างมิตรภาพใหม่ๆ และการเปิดมุมมองในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างแท้จริง

Broadening perspectives: Combining industry insights with meaningful connections.
At FORVIA, building the future of mobility means understanding the diverse needs of all people. Recently, our interns from across different plants gathered for a full day of unique experiences. The morning kicked off with an in-depth Plant Tour to explore our manufacturing processes firsthand, giving our intern community a great chance to join fun activities, connect, and get to know one another better.
In the afternoon, they visited the Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind to learn about accessibility and inclusion directly from the students. Our interns stepped into a learner’s role—navigating blindfolded under the guidance of the students, discovering Braille, and recording audiobooks to create accessible content.
It was a powerful day that combined technical insights, new friendships, and open-minded learning, reminding us how human-centered design shapes better everyday solutions.
