I am a huge fan of the luxurious, old-fashioned style πŸ’Ž.
It probably becomes very obvious when you look at Jacqueline.

But sometimes, the cute minimalist in me wakes up and I want to wear simple things with little special details.

For a very long time, I wanted to create a handbag that reflected both of these moods. Π‘omplex embroidery and shine on one side. And small minimalistic detail on other side. You can change sides depending on your mood.

Often I get tired when I embroider large and complex works. Then, I promise myself that after everything is done, I will have some rest from embroidery. This time was all the same. I planned to finish my last bag and then start developing and designing my website. But as the work neared its end, I started getting some really cool ideas. From time to time I receive messages people writing to me that the prices for handbags are too high. I'd like to justify myself a little. πŸ˜€

I don't have a small factory to where I would take my sketches and after a while I would receive 100 bags in a short time. I do everything myself and one bag can take me a month of work. Difficult bags require even more time (I have two like this so far).

In my works I use high-quality materials, they are also expensive. Japanese golden/silver threads, Japanese beads, swarovski crystals and pearls. I have natural, very beautiful stones in the form of beads in my collection which I do not use just because the cost of the bag will be very high in the end.

And finally, I am constantly learning and financially investing in my education, which is also not cheap at all. As a result, people see only the final product and may not know how much was invested in it. And that is why handmade stuff can be really pricey.

(I didn't mention currency differences because I can do nothing about it, but I often get complaints that somewhere the euro is expensive and so on. All my materials were bought with euros, same with education)

My attempt to make something minimalistic (as possible for me) and soft looking. I think it came out very nice.

It was a tricky bag to make and I made a few mistakes when attaching it to the frame (few small scratches). So I will sell it cheaper than planned.

I wanted to try making a handbag out of soft, thin fabric and Italian velvet worked really well for that. Therefore, you can't wear heavy things in it, it will change its shape.
