Over the past two weeks, we experienced issues with our shipping deliveries. We’re sharing this post to sincerely apologize.

In the last 4 years, we have never faced a situation like this, our orders have never been shipped this late. During this process, I personally reached out to almost every customer, explained the situation, and shared how we would resolve it. I met many of you along the way, and I truly thank you all for your patience and understanding.

All orders were handed over to the shipping company yesterday and today.

We have taken all necessary measures to ensure that this does not happen again.

Son 4 sene hiç böyle bir şey yaşamadık, kargolarımız hiç bu kadar geç gönderilmedi, bu süreç içerisinde nerdeyse tüm müşterileri tek tek aradım konuştum, sorunu anlattım ve bunu nasıl çözeceğimizi anlattım, çok kişiyle tanıştım, herkese teşekkür ederim sabrınız ve anlayışınız için.
Tüm siparişler dün ve bugün içerisinde kargo şirketine teslim edildi.

Bir daha böyle bir şey yaşanmaması için tüm önlemleri aldık.
