Here is my submission for the Camlachie Summer Send off raffle table- each vendor has to participate and I decided to choose my very popular book sleeves.

This one is unique as it is quilted with coordinating fabrics to compliment the teeny floral print, if you peek you can see tiny skulls in the print! I paired it with an enamel ghost pin sitting on so
me books. I completed the set with a quilted pouch to store pens, pencils etc.

Work in progress photo 🪡

I spent most of the afternoon picking out prints for my next batch of book sleeves while ordering some much needed solids and blenders for bag linings. I will be working on these book sleeves after lunch and will post the results tomorrow some time.
Now I'm off for a quick 20 km bike ride with my husband then off the vets office for my senior Chihuahua Dexter 🐕

Good Morning and happy Monday!

This past weekend was a busy one I didn't even post any market prep photos. I had a couple scheduled but the tech gods had other plans- oh well 😅
I was at the Pinery Market yesterday and battled against 30°+ heat and humidity 🥵
But I survived to live another day!

This week I'll be prepping some more items for next week's market as I sold quite a few book sleeves, tablet sleeves and snack bags! The highland cow print was the big seller again this week, boy am I glad I stocked up on that print!
I decided to hold a market special for pencil pouches and snacks bags which was a great turn out yesterday.

I had my morning iced tea and a quick bite so now I'm off to do some laundry, walk the dogs quick before the sun makes another appearance then spend the afternoon in my sewing room, I will try and post some pictures later.

I was just accepted to be a day vendor for the Pinery Market starting this Sunday!

I used to visit the flea market religiously as a kid in Grand Bend, my parents would load up the car and we each would have a few bucks to spend.
Things have changed quite a bit since them- there are soo many unique handmade vendors, food trucks, live music and some weekends are special events like "Bark-tober Fest".

I'm excited to share my craft with 1000s of people every week and I'll take you all on this journey as well. 💜

I've got a lot of prep work to do, signs to make, displays to paint to match my new theme and of course products to iron and pack!

Hello!

It's been awhile and I'm sorry for the radio silence but I needed to take some time away from my craft room for the better part of the year. I had some creative doubts since my sales were down, my favourite fabric shop (US based) had to comply with the tarrifs charges and made shopping for fabric too expensive therefore I wasn't motivated to post content which lead to low/no sales. BUT I have found some new-to-me Canadian fabric shops and I have lit the crafty spark in me once again.

You may have noticed a new name change and logo- I needed to start fresh with a name that was more true to me. I've always been a crafty soul since I was little and it has only grown and matured with me as I aged. While sewing will be my main craft I have also really enjoyed bead crafts and magnet making (more on that later!) so you might be seeing my creations in those mediums as well.

So let's start crafting again! I have registered for a few markets over the coming months as I have a ton of in-stock items overflowing my craft closet!
I'm glad to be back 💜

Hello!
I've been so quiet lately as I am in full swing market mode this past month!

I've got my desk and table over flowing with custom orders, market prep and some new items I am going to share soon!
