ORDER PROCESS
1. Comment on items, private message or contact via phone with desired product.
2. When your order is received a confirmation private message will
be sent to you.
3. Upon confirmation you will be required to make a 50% down payment of your total order.
4. Payments are required to be made either through the bank (An account # will be provided upon confirmation) or at a set location (agreed upon by both parties with a convenient date and time).
5. ALL PRE ORDERED items takes at least 10 WORKING DAYS to arrive.
6.TTPOST items takes 1-2 days max to arrive at your home/business (someone must be available to sign & receive packages). Delivery in person (based on the availability of the driver & location at a small cost)
POLICY
1 . ALL Customers are required to pick up ORDERS within 6 DAYS of arrival.
2. IN STOCK items are held no longer than 3 DAYS for any customer. After 3 days items are put back up for sale.
3. 50 % DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED for ALL customers. **Please do not ask to pay in full when your order arrives** (this privilege is for my regular customers only)
REFUNDS
Refunds are only done if the item u receive is not what u had ordered or is damaged. Please note everything is thoroughly checked before sending out.
