π Pre-Order Policy
Divine Womanly Curves is a pre-order-based clothing brand, meaning we only purchase items based on customer orders.
No ready stock is availableβeach item is sourced specifically for you.
Orders are placed with our suppliers after 50% payment is received for orders $550TT and more. For less, no deposit is required and the order will be placed every Sunday.
Estimated arrival time is 21 business days, but this may vary due to supplier processing, shipping, and customs.
If a delay occurs, weβll notify you promptly.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to this timeframe and our policies.
π° Payment Policy
Full payment is required upfront to confirm your pre-order.
We accept payments via:
Bank transfer
Online transfer
Cash deposit
Once payment is made, send a screenshot or receipt for verification. We will confirm when the monies enter our account.
π Order Processing & Confirmation
After payment, your order will be confirmed and processed within 24-48 hours for orders over $550TT, and every Sunday for orders less than such.
Order details (size, color, etc.) cannot be changed after confirmationβplease review your choices carefully before ordering.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
π Delivery & Pickup
Delivery Fee: Delivery is available via a courier service, message us for the fee for your area.
Free delivery on orders over $550TT.
Pickup available in Princes Town, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM.
Tobago orders may require additional time due to shipping logistics.
π¦ Tracking & Delivery Updates:
Once your order ships from the supplier, we will provide updates.
When your item arrives in Trinidad, we will schedule your delivery or pickup.
π¦ Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because we only order items based on confirmed pre-orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
πΉ What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
If there is a mistake with your order (wrong size, color, or item) or it arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it (store credit or replacement, if possible).
πΉ What if the item doesnβt fit?
Since we do not offer exchanges, we strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.
If you need sizing help, feel free to DM us before purchasing.
πΉ What if I want to cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation, as they are immediately placed with our supplier.
π’ Order Updates & Communication
Customers will receive a confirmation message after ordering.
Tracking updates will be shared when your item has shipped.
We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery or pickup.
π³ Store Credit Policy
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, you will be offered store credit or a refund.
Store credit can be used for future pre-orders and is valid for 6 months.
