YOU GUYS… WE FOUND HER. 🧡

She’s the same age as our Jilly doll (3YO) and we even share the same name!

I never thought to ask the internet until I couldn’t find this little girl on my own after all these years. And it worked!

This is Eleanor. The photo of her as a baby…those adorable little baby rolls, her tiny arm wrapped around Jilly, and that juicy kiss she’s about to plant. It’s been hanging above my desk all this time.

Her mom was pregnant with Eleanor when she became one of our first customers. And after we connected, she sent me these updated photos of the duo.

Three years later, they’re still together…even with matching silver jelly shoes.

Internet, I’m hoping you can do your magic and help me find this little girl.

Three years ago, my heart melted when we received this photo of the most adorable baby girl with her Jilly doll. I still look at this photo whenever I need a little pick-me-up.

In the craziness of those early days, I sadly lost track of how we originally received it.

I'd LOVE to find her. Does she still have her Jilly doll and give her kisses like this one? 🥹

It's our 3rd birthday! 🎉

I still remember standing there in the doll aisles, frustrated that I couldn’t find a single doll that looked remotely like my daughter. So, we made this doll ourselves.

I had ZERO toy experience, but I was convinced that little girls like mine deserved to see themselves in a doll...and I was willing to figure out the rest.

And just like I was warned, making and selling toys is incredibly hard!

But it's 100% worth it. Because every little girl who sees herself in a Jilly Bing gets to have that moment: She looks like me!

There have been so many moments that still give me a pinch-me feeling.

✦ A mom sharing how she spent more than 30 years looking for an Asian doll that felt right for her adopted Chinese daughter. And now, finally, she’s excited to get her a Jilly Bing doll. That “little girl” is now an ER doctor in NYC!!!
✦ Another woman shared in a FB group how much it meant to see our Jilly doll. She wanted one, but the little girl in her wanted to receive it as a gift. Another mom anonymously gifted her one. She cried happy tears and said it was healing for her inner child.
✦ And my own daughter..proudly telling her friends she has a doll inspired by her.

I’m proud of how far we've come, and there are still girls out there waiting to meet their doll! 🧡

My daughter squeals every time she watches you skate. Like, actual squealing. It makes her think she can do the same... and that’s exactly the kind of confidence I want her and all the kids to have. Wishing you the best on your 21st birthday!

I did something kind of wild recently. I completely turned off from Jilly Bing.

It was hard at first. I kept wondering what I’d miss and had to shake off the feeling that I should be creating content while making memories.

But for two weeks, I chose to be fully present with my family.

No work.
No emails.

I even left my 3rd and 4th kids at home. (Jilly & Riley dolls. 😂)

Instead, we chased trains across Europe, ate ice cream every single day, laughed through a few bumps (literally 🤕), and filled our hearts with memories.

It was the best reminder of why I started it all in the first place.
