Coraux 在法文裡的意思是珊瑚，從命名上便暗示了這雙鞋與海洋的關聯性，以及對帆船鞋 Barth 的呼應。

沿用 Barth 的製作工藝與 Marine Sole，省去了內襯，僅使用單張柔軟的油蠟小牛皮製成，讓 Coraux 雖擁有 Penny Loafer 的造型，腳感卻是超乎想像的輕便、柔軟。不僅打破傳統皮鞋需要長時間磨合的印象，也能在初次穿著就感受到高度舒適。

Coraux 與 Barth 同為 Paraboot 最經典的夏季便鞋，於炎熱的天氣裡，裸足著用也非常適合。因此無論是作為入門的休閒皮鞋，或是想要隨性搭配，都是不可多得的便鞋選擇，歡迎前來試穿體驗。

The name ”Coraux“—French for coral—hints at the shoe‘s connection to the sea and serves as a nod to the Barth boat shoe.

Utilizing the same craftsmanship and Marine Sole as the Barth, the Coraux dispenses with a lining and is constructed from a single piece of supple, waxed calfskin. This design gives it the classic silhouette of a penny loafer while delivering an incredibly lightweight and tender feel.

Barth 誕生於 Paraboot 另一道較少被深入了解的「海洋」脈絡。於 1970 年代上市，Barth 受當時法國海軍需求啟發，被打造成一雙能在甲板上提供抓地力，腳感又夠舒適的帆船鞋。

鞋頭完全由手工縫製，皮革柔軟到近乎毋需磨合，以布雷克縫製法（Blake Stitch）取代挪威縫，少了皮革沿條的份量，搭配輕薄的 Marine Sole，令它更加輕盈且富有彈性。而 Barth 最具辨識度的，當屬貫穿鞋身那圈可以固定鞋身的皮繩，隨著著用後皮革延展，也能再透過皮繩調節鬆緊，延長穿著壽命。

至今，Paraboot 仍將它定位為品牌最具代表性的帆船鞋，並於每個夏季推出不同皮革、顏色，歡迎前來試穿體驗。

Its most distinctive feature, however, is the leather lacing that encircles the shoe to secure the fit; as the leather stretches over time, the laces can be adjusted to maintain a snug fit, thereby extending the shoe‘s lifespan.

Refined, Unrestrained: Paraboot Avignon

自七、八零年代甫推出時便深受法國人的喜愛，Avignon 在日本更是 Paraboot 長年的銷量冠軍。其壓低腳背、略帶尖頭的鞋楦與修長的線條，比 Chambord 更容易藏進西裝褲腳下，展現出低調俐落的紳士感。

Avignon 的定位從來不是戶外風格，而是 Paraboot 少數偏向正式、都會感的德比鞋。採用經典的 Split Toe 設計，但跳脫了傳統的英倫紳士鞋的標配（搭配皮底、採用固特異縫製法）。它保留 Paraboot 最招牌的橡膠大底與挪威縫，於是在優雅輪廓之下，Avignon 仍擁有品牌血統中的那份從容與不羈。

除了標準的油蠟小牛皮，Paraboot 也推出極少量 Horween Cordovan（馬臀皮） 版本，風雅、成熟的輪廓再添上頂級馬臀皮的溫潤光澤，讓它搖身一變成了皮鞋收藏家眼中的夢幻逸品。

Exceptionally Robust: Paraboot Reims & Orsay

Paraboot 經典樂福鞋 Reims 與女士版本 Orsay 乍看擁有 Penny Loafer 的外表，但每個細節似乎都比印象中來得更具份量，搭配硫化橡膠大底與招牌的挪威縫，予人陽剛且扎實的形象。

正如「Loafer」追求的自由與不受拘束，大部分品牌希望將樂福鞋做得更輕便、更優雅，Paraboot 卻反其道而行，不追求低調、刻意保留源自 Michael 略微粗獷的工裝基因，凸顯了鮮明的個性。

值得留意的特色，還有比一般樂福鞋更立體的 Beefroll（捲邊縫合），鞍片與鞋身交界處以手工筒狀縫製，這樣的細節不只是裝飾，也增添了耐用性，讓它成為一雙結構簡單卻又極其堅固的樂福鞋款。

At first glance, the Reims and its female version, the Orsay may resemble regular penny loafers; however, every detail possesses a more substantial, weighty feel. Paired with rubber soles and Norwegian welt construction, they project a masculine and solid image.

在 Paraboot 推出 Michael 四十多年後，它的另一雙代表作 Chambord 誕生了。相較之下，Chambord 的美學更貼近某種對於「城市生活」的回應：不過度正式但仍具體面感、低調的紳士氣息以及折衷的日常法式優雅。

就外型上，Chambord 最大的記憶點在於它的 U-Tip：向前集中的立體 U 型縫線，自然地將視線導向鞋尖。許多品牌都有推出 U-Tip 鞋型，但 Chambord 更具雕塑感的秘密就在於比例 —— 法國人在家具、建築、工業設計都很常使用這種「收束視線」的方法。

Chambord 的魅力並非來自鮮明的設計語言，而是它近乎隱形的比例控制。女款除了在楦型表現上更修長，隱藏版的小驚喜是鞋帶末端的花苞裝飾，默默地替它增添了一抹手工匠人的溫度。

The aesthetic of the Chambord is considered as a response to “urban living”: being not overly formal yet still presentable.

Visually, the Chambord’s most distinctive feature is its U-tip design; the lines taper inward and converge toward the front, naturally drawing the eye to the toe.

In contrast to the men’s version, the women’s model features a slimmer, more elongated last; a delightful detail is the bud-like pendant at the ends of the laces, which quietly adds a touch of artisans.
