1. So, we are preparing the filling for the first roll. Three frozen crab sticks on a coarse grater. You can finely chop, but already thawed.
2. Three eggs on a coarse grater.
3. Grind the parsley and cut the lettuce leaves.
4. Lubricate pita with mayonnaise, lay out a layer of crab sticks, a layer of eggs and distribute lettuce and parsley. We twist tightly, and the roll is ready.
5. We prepare the filling for the second roll. We cut the cucumbers thinly, rub the eggs on a coarse grater, pour them into the cucumbers, add Korean carrots, mayonnaise, mix well.
