1. Preheat the oven to 170C
2. Mix flour, cocoa and salt. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Pour in the buttermilk, stir in. Add dry ingredients, mix again with a mixer.
3. At the very end, add a teaspoon of red dye.
4. Pour the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Refrigerate.
5. Mix all the ingredients for the cream. Transfer to a piping bag with a circular nozzle.
