Paella with seafood
Paella is a national Spanish (Valencian) dish. In Spain, there are several dozen options for preparing paella, which differ significantly from each other in recipe. Common to all recipes are only rice, saffron, which dyes each grain yellow, and a large frying pan paella (or paellera). The rest of the ingredients may vary depending on the area where the paella is prepared.
