Before starting our recipes, let's quickly go through the main rules for making low-calorie treats:
we use natural sweetener instead of sugar or powdered sugar. 100 grams of sugar contains 399 calories, plus 100 grams of carbohydrates! Of course, this is the reason why sugar-free desserts are so popular. Instead of sugar, we use any natural sweetener of your choice. It can be stevia, Jerusalem artichoke or agave syrup, even regular honey!
